Long Point Urgent & Family Care is closed

The Long Point Urgent & Family Care facility has closed and Dr. Ted Dunn and Dr. Valerie Scott have relocated.  Dr. Scott is with Mt. Pleasant Family Practice and may be reached at (843) 884-1341.  Dr. Dunn is with Park West Family Medicine and may be reached at (843) 971-3361. Dr. Dunn and Dr. Scott look forward to caring for you at their new locations.

 

Lab services are still offered at Long Point Urgent & Family Care  location.  Radiology services will no longer be offered.  Call (843) 402-5000 to schedule radiology exams at another Roper St. Francis location.

You will have the ability to Renew Prescriptions with MyHealth.
You will be able to schedule appointments with MyHealth.
